Fabulous and refreshing car-buying experience. Smooth process and there was never any pressure. I worked with Troy who was always available to answer any of my many questions and was kind enough to send me a detailed video of the car I was interested in. This was super helpful as I am in NY state and I wanted to feel confident about making the 3-hour trek to do a test drive. Everyone there was nice and helpful. I would buy from there again. I've bought 2 cars from Topsfield (1 low milage super sedan, and 1 high milage beater), and both have been really good experiences! This dealership carries a more curated collection of cars, and knows that the buyers of their cars don't want the usual used car dealership experience. All the salespeople are nice, knowledgeable, and are really only interested in selling you a car if you want to buy it, so there's no pressure at all in the sales process.
