Fabulous and refreshing car-buying experience. Smooth process and there was never any pressure. I've bought 2 cars from Topsfield (1 low milage super sedan, and 1 high milage beater), and both have been really good experiences! This dealership carries a more curated collection of cars, and knows that the buyers of their cars don't want the usual used car dealership experience. All the salespeople are nice, knowledgeable, and are really only interested in selling you a car if you want to buy it, so there's no pressure at all in the sales process.
